Internationally published BMI songwriter and producer, Daniel Christopherson has worked with the people behind Coldplay, Blues Travelers, James Blunt, Alice In Chains, Nickelback, Heart, and Sheryl Crow and Stained. LA and Seattle Grammy-voting member of NARAS (National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences). Daniel produced music in Hollywood over a 10-year period. Partnership with legendary producer Kim Fowley (Joan Jett, KISS, Alice Cooper).
LEARN: To set up and run recording sessions in their home studio •Utilize basic ProTools recording techniques, such as sends, returns, and busses for recording through an effect •Place microphones properly to capture superior sounds •Record with reverb, delay, compression - expansion, and equalizer plug-ins •Use editing tools and modes in ProTools •Use fades and crossfades •Work with tracks, regions, and selections •Prepare your edited audio tracks for mixdown •Create and edit real-sounding MIDI parts and tracks •Input orchestral instruments, samples, sound effects and additional percussion
